A. First, we represent only our clients' interests. Unlike the impersonal on-line services, we have built our reputation on personal contact with our clients. We research many dealers, not just the usual single dealer who has an exclusive agreement with the on-line service. Additionally, with our service, your information is private and secure; you don't have to transmit personal and financial data through the Web.
Q. What about warranty work and service?
A. There is no difference in the manufacturer's warranty. You schedule warranty work and service just as you have with your other vehicles.
Q. What if I'm interested in leasing?
A. If you are currently leasing, we will advise you on the best alternative for your lease termination. We aggressively search the market for the best lease value for our clients, both new and used vehicles, and compare purchasing versus leasing decisions.
Q. Can you help me with my trade-in?
A. We will counsel you to determine the best strategy for handling your trade-in to realize the maximum benefit.
Q. On a new vehicle, can I purchase from my favorite dealer?
A. We research all the dealers in your market in order to advise you of the best value. Our analysis will include the dealer you prefer. The decision where to purchase is totally yours.
Q. What do we charge?
A. As an incentive to get you the best deal possible, we base our fee on how much you save (not including taxes, or other fees). Average fee for most vehicles ranges from $250-$450. If you would rather set up the deal on their own, we offer a “research only” option for just $150 (per vehicle). With this program, you can take advantage of all of our resources and be armed with the latest price information. As our services are based on quality, not quantity, we must continually strive to keep our costs low so our fees remain the most competitive in the business.
